Key Responsibilities
- Lead the workshop team handling maintenance and repair of earthmoving equipment
- Oversee major component overhauls and preventive maintenance programs
- Manage site dispatch of excavators, bulldozers, wheel loaders, motor graders, haul trucks and articulated dumpers
- Keep fleet availability high across large-scale construction sites
- Coordinate maintenance planning with site operations and project teams
Requirements
- Minimum 5 to 6 years of field experience with earthmoving equipment
- Proven experience in major component overhaul, preventive maintenance and site dispatch of large-scale fleets
- Background with huge construction companies in Saudi Arabia or the Gulf
- Age limit stated as 25–45 years on the source ad
