Job Description
A Project Manager HSE role is open in Saudi Arabia with Confidential Employer, for a Makkah project. There are 5 openings and the salary is negotiable. Candidates should have 10+ years of experience and be aged 30 to 48.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee all HSE activity across project operations.
- Ensure compliance with company, client and regulatory requirements.
- Develop, implement and monitor project HSE plans, policies and procedures.
- Carry out inspections, audits, risk assessments and safety performance reviews.
- Ensure Permit to Work, Job Safety Analysis and other risk controls are applied.
- Lead incident investigations, root-cause analysis and corrective and preventive action.
Requirements
- A bachelor degree in engineering, mechanical, electrical, civil or a related discipline.
- NEBOSH Diploma, mandatory.
- Certified Safety Professional (ASP/CSP) is preferred.
- 10+ years of HSE experience in oil and gas maintenance, shutdown, turnaround and industrial plant projects, preferably refineries, petrochemical facilities and major sites.
- Age 30 to 48.
