Job Description
SADAFCO is hiring a Production Manager to run its frozen production operation in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. Full-time, on-site role for an experienced manufacturing leader — preference given to Saudi nationals (male) based in Jeddah.
Key Responsibilities
- Run the full production line: mixing, processing, filling, and palletizing
- Meet daily targets cost-effectively
- Set production plans; resolve bottlenecks with structured problem-solving
- Track performance with visual management; drive Lean and continuous improvement
- Protect product quality: uphold standards, stop out-of-spec product before it leaves the line
- Lead the team — recruit, train, coach, review; match labor coverage to the plan
- Own health and safety: audits, risk assessments, accident and near-miss investigations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related discipline
- 6+ years in a comparable manufacturing role (dairy or FMCG preferred)
- Solid Lean / Six Sigma knowledge
- Fluent English; Arabic a bonus
- Saudi nationals (male) based in Jeddah preferred
