Key Account Manager

Efesan Grup is looking for a Key Account Manager in Gebze, Kocaeli, Turkey. This full-time, on-site role focuses on finding new business, building strong customer partnerships and carrying projects from quotation through to order. It is a good fit for an engineer with commercial experience who enjoys customer visits, clear reporting and steady business development.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and analyse new business opportunities and strengthen partnerships through customer visits.
• Manage incoming requests for quotation carefully and keep strong communication with customers.
• Follow projects from the quotation stage to the order stage and coordinate effectively with related departments.
• Take an active part in marketing and business development activities in line with company goals.
• Contribute to digital transformation and process improvement projects within Business Development.
• Prepare regular reports and present project and business development updates to management transparently.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Metallurgical and Materials Engineering.
• English at a minimum B2 level, with strong spoken and written communication skills.
• Preferably at least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving and reporting skills.
• Knowledge of practices and standards in the automotive, agriculture and hydraulic industries.
• Valid Class B driver's licence, with no restrictions on international travel.
• Additional knowledge of German or French is an advantage.
