HVAC Supervisor

A confidential employer is looking for an HVAC Supervisor to lead HVAC work in Saudi Arabia. The role offers 5 openings and a salary of SAR 2,500-4,000 per month. It is a hands-on supervisory role for an experienced HVAC professional in facilities and building services work.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead HVAC upkeep so air conditioning and refrigeration systems run efficiently.
• Find faults in HVAC plant, arrange fixes and follow up until complete.
• Set and track preventive maintenance plans that keep downtime low.
• Assign work to technicians and make sure safety procedures are followed.
• Keep service records up to date and prepare clear technical reports.
• Work with facilities teams so maintenance requests are finished on time.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor in RACT, HVAC or Mechanical or related field.
• 5+ years HVAC maintenance in facilities management, MEP or building services.
• Hands-on HVAC refrigeration and chiller fault finding, preventive and corrective maintenance, and team supervision.
• Familiarity with CAFM systems and maintenance reporting preferred.
• Age 25-45.

Salary & Benefits
