Job Description
An HSE Specialist role is open in Saudi Arabia with Confidential Employer, for a Makkah project. There are 5 openings and the salary is negotiable. Candidates should have 5+ years of experience and be aged 30 to 45.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures and safety standards.
- Carry out site inspections, safety audits and risk assessments.
- Monitor construction, operation and maintenance work for HSE compliance.
- Flag unsafe practices and recommend corrective and preventive action.
- Run toolbox talks, briefings and awareness sessions.
- Investigate incidents, near misses and unsafe conditions, and prepare reports.
Requirements
- A bachelor degree in engineering, mechanical, electrical, civil or a related discipline.
- NEBOSH International General Certificate (IGC), mandatory.
- 5+ years of HSE experience in oil and gas maintenance, shutdown, turnaround and plant maintenance.
- Specialised inspection certification is preferred.
- Age 30 to 45.
