Store Keeper - SC

SADAFCO is looking for a Store Keeper - SC to run inventory control at its depot in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time role for a warehouse professional who knows FMCG store operations inside out, from receiving goods to getting sales vans loaded on time. Key Responsibilities

• Run the depot shift plan each day and assign duties to the store team so orders move on time.
• Receive incoming goods against company procedures and check them carefully on arrival.
• Pick sales orders accurately and on schedule, and keep electronic and paper records correct.
• Keep stock in its proper place with the right coding, labels and storage conditions.
• Count stock regularly, reconcile records and keep inventory figures accurate.
• Release products by date, following first-in, first-out.
• Arrange loading and unloading of sales vans so customers receive products on time.
• Handle waste and leakage properly and record it as company procedures require.
• Keep the store clean, safe and hygienic, and follow food safety and SHEQ rules.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree as a minimum.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role with an FMCG company.
• A good working knowledge of warehouse procedures, warehouse management systems and RF systems.
• Comfortable using MS Word and Excel.
• Able to drive a forklift.
• Willing to work in temperature-controlled areas, freezers and chillers, and on flexible hours including holidays.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
• A team player who can prioritise, multitask and take ownership of the role.
