Customer Service Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full order process, including order entry, validation and tracking.
• Coordinate with sales, warehouse, logistics and planning teams to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
• Monitor order status, proactively identify potential delays and communicate solutions to customers.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints and claims in a professional and timely manner.
• Ensure accurate pricing, promotions and product availability in line with commercial agreements.
• Maintain and update customer master data and order records in the system.
• Prepare reports on service levels, order fulfilment and customer performance.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within customer service and supply chain processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics or a related field.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in customer service, order management or supply chain operations.
• Experience in FMCG, cosmetics or retail distribution is a plus.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g. LOGO) and MS Office applications.
• Fluency in English (Advanced reading, writing and speaking).
• Class B driving licence.
