Customer Care Representative

FedEx Express Turkey is looking for a Customer Care Representative in Ümraniye, Istanbul, Turkey. The role involves multi channel customer communication, handling service exceptions and escalation, making accurate system entries and preparing reports. Please note plainly that this role is not English only: fluency in Turkish and English is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain excellent relationships by proactively investigating customers' specific needs and by follow up methods.
• Proactively provide accurate information and guidance via friendly, professional multi channel communication.
• Provide solutions to exceptions and service issues, and where first call resolution cannot be achieved, perform the appropriate escalation to ensure satisfactory resolution.
• Input accurate and timely system entries and use appropriate reporting tools to deliver required standard reports.
• Identify and optimize new business opportunities while providing exceptional customer experience.
• Coordinate and collaborate with internal teams to provide a seamless, outstanding customer experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required (preferred candidate field also lists Associate Degree and Master's graduates).
• Fluency in Turkish and English, with Turkish shown as native language.
• Computer literacy and ability to easily navigate between different screens and systems.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Positive attitude and problem solving mindset.
• Knowledge or experience handling claims considered a plus.
• Confidence, empathy and friendliness.
• Flexibility in a dynamic business environment.
• Desire to work in an international, fast paced team.
• No experience preference.
• Military status: Completed, Exempt or Delayed.
