Supply Chain Management Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate purchasing, material planning, logistics and supplier follow-up activities.

• Take the necessary action for delayed or critical materials.
• Support supplier performance monitoring and SCM KPI reporting.
• Manage and follow up SCM transactions through SAP/ERP systems.
• Work closely with the Planning, Production, Quality, Finance, Project Management and HQ SCM teams.
• Support cost reduction, lead-time improvement and supply chain optimisation activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Logistics or a related engineering field.
• Preferably 2 to 5 years of experience in Supply Chain, Purchasing, Material Planning or Logistics within a manufacturing environment.
• Good knowledge of SAP/ERP systems is preferred.
• Strong MS Excel skills.
• Good command of written and spoken English (Advanced).
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work in Aliaga, Izmir.
