Production Engineer

Dof Robotics is hiring a Production Engineer for its on-site, full-time role in Bakirkoy, Istanbul, Turkey. The role supports production engineering, manufacturing procedures, and machinery testing and installation, working closely with research and development and production teams to keep production reliable and effective.

Key Responsibilities

• Support manufacturing procedures and production operations.
• Test and monitor machinery to keep it safe and in good working order.
• Install new equipment to improve manufacturing.
• Design new equipment, procedures and production jigs.
• Troubleshoot breakdowns and resolve production problems.
• Gather data and report on manufacturing effectiveness.
• Liaise with customers and suppliers on machinery and product quality.
• Work with research and development and production teams to improve reliability and performance.
• Give on-site technical support and customer training when needed.

Requirements

• University degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics or a related technical field.
• 2 to 5 years of relevant experience, including experience related to amusement parks, robotics, automation or machinery.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• SolidWorks and AutoCAD preferred, and able to read technical drawings.
• Knowledge of production technologies, systems and materials, plus MS Office.
• Team player who is responsible, detail-oriented, analytical and a strong problem solver.
• Able to work physically when needed, with no travel restrictions.
• Completed military service and a Class B driving licence.
