Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the sales and project teams for the CGS division, ensuring optimal performance and team synergy
• Drive project sales growth by converting leads, responding to enquiries, and securing new business
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with company objectives and client requirements
• Identify and acquire new opportunities through market research, networking, and relationship building

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering

• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
