Job Description
A well-known Confidential Employer in Saudi Arabia is hiring 10 Rigging Supervisors for a major Oil & Gas campaign spanning shutdown and construction cycles. This senior position offers SAR 2,500–3,500 per month plus daily overtime, with free food, housing and transport included.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise rigging crews and crane lifts across the unit
- Approve lift plans and verify rigging arrangements before execution
- Enforce lifting safety standards and permit procedures on every job
- Mentor rigging foremen and maintain accurate daily lifting records
Requirements
- 8+ years total experience with at least 3 years in Saudi Arabia or the Gulf
- Aramco rigger III or lifting supervisor card preferred
- Qualification not mandatory; diploma preferred
- Age 23–50 years
Salary & Benefits
- Basic salary of SAR 2,500–3,500/month, with overtime paid daily after 8 hours
