Job Description
A leading oil & gas recruitment campaign is hiring a Mechanical Supervisor for long-term and short-term projects in Saudi Arabia. This Mechanical Supervisor Saudi Arabia role offers a monthly salary of SAR 2,500–3,500, with free food, company housing, and transport provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead mechanical crews of fitters, riggers, and helpers on static equipment, piping, and rotating work
- Plan daily work schedules and allocate manpower across shutdown and construction activities
- Coordinate with engineers, planners, and client representatives on job progress
- Enforce safety procedures, permit-to-work systems, and HSE compliance on site
- Monitor work quality and ensure jobs meet specifications and deadlines
- Report progress, delays, and resource needs to project management
Requirements
- 4+ years of total mechanical experience, with at least 1 year in Saudi/Gulf plants
- Shutdown experience required; Aramco/SABIC site work preferred
- Diploma in engineering preferred (formal qualification not mandatory)
- Age between 23 and 50 years
- Strong leadership, planning, and site-coordination skills
