Job Description
A well-established Confidential Employer in Saudi Arabia is hiring 4 Insulation Supervisors for a major Oil & Gas campaign. You will supervise insulation removal and reinstatement crews working on piping and plant equipment, with a package of SAR 2,500–3,500 per month plus daily overtime and free food, housing and transport.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise insulation removal and reinstatement crews on piping and equipment
- Coordinate hot and cold insulation work across shutdown and construction areas
- Verify workmanship meets plant specifications
- Track daily progress and report manpower needs
Requirements
- Diploma in any engineering discipline
- 5+ years total experience with at least 1 year in Saudi Arabia or the Gulf
- Hands-on experience with hot and cold insulation on process plants
- Age 23–50 years
Salary & Benefits
- Basic salary of SAR 2,500–3,500/month, with overtime paid daily after 8 hours
- Free food, accommodation and transport
- 1-year shutdown or 3-year construction contract options
- Candidate expense of PKR 49,999 covers visa stamping, Protector/BEOE, trade test and agency charges
