Job Description
An established oil & gas contractor in Saudi Arabia is looking for a Camp Boss to take charge of worker accommodation camps in the Eastern Province. The role pays SAR 1,400–1,700 per month under a two-year renewable contract, with eight positions open right now. It is an excellent opportunity for supervisors who enjoy keeping large camp operations running smoothly and looking after the welfare of site crews.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day running of worker accommodation camps, including catering, housekeeping and maintenance
- Lead camp staff and coordinate rosters, shifts and duty schedules
- Monitor hygiene, safety and welfare standards across all camp facilities
- Liaise with the contractor's operations team on occupancy, arrivals and departures
- Handle camp budgets, inventories and vendor coordination efficiently
Requirements
- Degree in any discipline
- 3–5 years of experience in Oil & Gas
- Fluent English, spoken and written
- Valid light driving licence
- Age 45 years or under
