Guest Relations & Pre-Sales Specialist

Rixos Hotels is hiring a Guest Relations and Pre-Sales Specialist in Istanbul, Turkey (Asian side first-listed; the European side is also listed), for its Infinia Vacation Club within the Rixos group. This full-time, on-site role is the first point of contact with guests, introducing long-term vacation membership programmes. Please note this role is not English-only: advanced Turkish is required, while good English and/or Russian is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish a professional and welcoming first point of contact with guests.
• Introduce long-term vacation membership programmes and provide initial information.
• Identify prospective customers and conduct preliminary needs assessments.
• Arrange and coordinate qualified appointments for the sales team.
• Refer guests to the appropriate sales professionals and ensure effective team coordination.
• Follow up on guest feedback and contribute to a positive guest experience.

Requirements

• Experience in vacation clubs, guest relations, luxury hospitality, tourism or pre-sales preferred.
• Skilled in guest engagement, lead qualification and appointment setting.
• Strong communication, professional representation, organisation and follow-up skills.
• Guest-focused, proactive and effective in a team.
• Advanced spoken and written Turkish.
• Good English and/or Russian preferred.
• Flexible to work across locations, adapt to operational schedules and travel when required.
• Valid Category B driving licence and active driving experience.
• Currently residing in or willing to relocate to Istanbul.
