An experienced General Manager is wanted for a 4-star hotel in Manama, Bahrain. The role leads the whole hotel operation, from daily service and budgets to staff leadership, guest satisfaction and long term performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Operations management, overseeing day to day operations across all departments
• Financial management, developing and managing the hotel budget, monitoring expenses, and maximizing revenue
• Leadership, motivating staff, delegating tasks, and making sound decisions
• Strategic planning to increase revenue, improve guest satisfaction and hotel performance
• Compliance with relevant laws and regulations
• Relationship management with guests and vendors, collaborating with suppliers, travel agencies, and event and conference planners
• Problem solving for operational issues
• Property maintenance of facilities and equipment

Requirements

• 5 to 10 years experience in the hotel industry
• Extensive record operating within GCC and Middle Eastern territories
• Candidate must be in Bahrain
