Finance Manager

A Group is looking for a Finance Manager in Dubai, UAE for this Finance Manager UAE opportunity. This is a full-time role for a candidate with 1 to 2 years of experience. The role covers day to day financial operations, project budgets, cash flow and compliance with UAE financial rules, and the successful candidate will guide management with clear financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Run daily financial operations, accounting work and reporting.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.
• Build budgets, forecasts and cash flow projections.
• Track project costs, profitability and budget variances.
• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll and the general ledger.
• Keep the company compliant with UAE VAT and Corporate Tax rules.
• Coordinate internal and external audits.
• Set up financial controls and risk management procedures.
• Review financial performance and suggest ways to save costs.
• Manage banking relationships, payments and working capital.
• Lead and support the finance and accounting team.
• Prepare financial reports and presentations for senior management.
• Keep accurate financial records in line with company policy.

Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a finance or accounting role.
• Working knowledge of UAE VAT and Corporate Tax requirements.
• Experience with budgets, forecasts and cash flow planning.
• Ability to prepare clear financial statements and management reports.
• Experience coordinating audits and maintaining financial controls.
• Leadership skills to guide a small finance team.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate record keeping.
