Senior Management Accountant

Crown Bevcan Türkiye is seeking a Senior Management Accountant based in Adana, Turkey, with Kocaeli and Osmaniye also listed in the posting. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reporting packs and SOX files.
• Prepare budgets and rolling forecasts.
• Coordinate and support the month end closing process.
• Support controlling and shared service teams to improve operational efficiency.
• Support preparation of consolidated reports for Crown Turkiye.
• Prepare monthly dashboards for top management.
• Support product and customer margin analysis.
• Prepare analyses related to SOX compliance and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Support external and internal audits related to SOX compliance and balance sheet reviews.
• Prepare transfer pricing studies for true up exercises.
• Prepare monthly customer price analyses.
• Prepare benchmarking studies on departmental costs.
• Perform profitability analysis by product, customer and business segment.
• Support working capital management initiatives.
• Participate in finance transformation and process improvement projects.
• Support investment (Capex) evaluations and post investment reviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Fluent English, written and verbal.
• At least 5 years of experience in reporting, budgeting and financial analysis (preferred candidate field shows 5 to 10 years).
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Advanced MS Excel skills.
• Previous experience in multinational companies preferred.
• Self motivated, with strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Based in Kocaeli, Osmaniye or Adana, or willing to relocate.
• Military status: Completed or Exempt.
