Sales Manager (Automobile Industry)

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement monthly, quarterly and annual sales plans
• Achieve sales volume, revenue and gross profit targets for new and used vehicles
• Monitor individual sales executive performance and ensure achievement of assigned targets
• Analyse market trends, competitor activities, customer preferences and pricing
• Identify opportunities to increase market share and dealership profitability
• Recruit, train, supervise and motivate sales executives and showroom staff
• Allocate sales targets and monitor daily, weekly and monthly performance

• Maintain accurate sales forecasts and CRM records
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales performance reports for management
• Coordinate with the marketing department on advertising and promotional campaigns
• Recommend sales promotions based on customer demand and competitor activity
• Ensure vehicle sales follow company policies and applicable local regulations
• Verify customer documentation, payment confirmation and delivery approvals

• Ability to work under pressure and achieve demanding sales targets
