Job Description
The Office Administrator will implement and evaluate administrative procedures, establish work priorities, and oversee office services.
Responsibilities
- Implement and review new administrative procedures
- Establish work priorities and ensure deadlines are met
- Coordinate office services including accommodation and supplies
- Assist in budget preparation and maintain inventory controls
- Prepare reports, manuals, and correspondence
- Oversee office administrative procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 2-3 years of relevant experience
- First Aid Certificate
- Valid driver's license and own transportation
Qualifications
- Excellent written communication.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of accounting and HR software.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
