Job Description
Orienta Spa is seeking a Junior IT Technician to support our ICT Manager in providing technical assistance to users within the company.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for clients, servers, and networks
- Manage and maintain the company's local network
- Monitor and manage backups of company machines
- Manage users and access permissions
- Deliver daily Help Desk support for hardware and software issues
- Collaborate on IT infrastructure management as needed.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Client and Server operating systems
- Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 in a Cloud environment
- Ability to configure and manage Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP
- Knowledge of VMware is an advantage
- Good command of English, both written and spoken
- Proactive approach with strong problem-solving skills
