Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site activities and monitor progress
• Allocate duties to workers, foremen and subcontractors
• Coordinate with site engineers and project managers
• See that work follows drawings, specs and quality standards
• Monitor workforce productivity and site discipline
• Arrange materials, tools and equipment availability
• Enforce site safety rules and PPE use
• Identify delays and report issues to site management

Requirements

• Proven foreman experience on construction projects
