Job Description
A heavy equipment rental company is hiring a Site Supervisor for an on-site role in Dukhan, Qatar. The role pays QAR 2,501 to 3,000 per month and centres on coordinating deployed rental equipment at a client site.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main contact between the company and the client
- Coordinate with client inspectors, engineers, supervisors, operators, drivers and technicians
- Monitor equipment operations, availability, maintenance and breakdowns
- Collect, verify and submit equipment timesheets with client acknowledgment
- Coordinate work permits, site arrangements, inspections and equipment movements
- Maintain documentation and submit daily operational reports
- Ensure site HSE compliance and safe working practices
- Maintain professional relationships for smooth day to day site operations
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, preferred
- Experience in heavy equipment rental, construction or oil and gas operations, preferred
- Basic knowledge of equipment maintenance, HSE and permit to work procedures
- Valid driving licence
- 2 years of experience, as stated in the ad fields
