Customer Service Supervisor

A Group in Dubai, UAE is hiring a results-driven Customer Service Supervisor to lead its support team. This is a full-time role for someone who knows how to turn tough complaints into loyal customers.

You will coach agents on the front line, handle escalations personally and keep service quality and KPIs on track every single day.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the customer support team on daily operations
• Resolve escalated complaints with a calm, customer-first approach
• Track service KPIs and report on team performance
• Set service standards and make sure agents follow them
• Handle difficult cases and keep turnaround times short

Requirements

• Experience in customer service, ideally in a senior or lead role
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• A customer-first mindset with a cool head under pressure
• Ability to track KPIs and manage team performance
