Ivy's Family Kitchen is seeking an experienced Cook to prepare and cook a variety of dishes, ensuring high standards of food safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan menus and estimate food requirements
- Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes
- Handle food allergies and intolerances appropriately
- Inspect kitchens and food service areas
- Train and supervise kitchen staff
- Maintain inventory and records of food and supplies
- Clean kitchen and work areas.
Requirements for This Job
- Secondary school graduation certificate
- 5 + years of cooking experience
- Criminal record check required
- Experience in Vietnamese cuisine is an asset
- Day, Night, Weekend
