Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily cleaning activities and the cleaning team
- Assign duties and prepare work schedules for staff
- Inspect assigned areas to check cleanliness and service standards

- Monitor the use of cleaning materials, tools, and equipment
- Coordinate with clients, building staff, and management on cleaning needs
- Handle routine complaints and follow up on service requests
- Keep attendance records, cleaning checklists, and daily reports
- Oversee the safe storage and use of cleaning chemicals and equipment
- Monitor staff performance and give feedback where needed
- Enforce workplace health, safety, and hygiene procedures
