A construction company in Dubai, UAE is hiring an experienced Civil Supervisor to oversee daily site activities and coordinate construction work. The role is for a hands-on supervisor who can lead workers, keep progress on track, and make sure civil works are completed safely and to project requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily civil construction and site activities
- Coordinate workers, subcontractors, and site teams
- Monitor work progress and keep assigned tasks on schedule
- Check completed work against drawings, specifications, and quality standards
- Allocate manpower and organize daily site activities
- Liaise with engineers and project teams on site requirements
- Keep track of materials, tools, and equipment used on site
- Enforce housekeeping, safety, and site discipline
- Flag site issues and report them to the concerned engineer or supervisor
- Maintain daily work updates and assist with project documentation
Requirements
- Proven experience as a civil supervisor on construction sites
- Able to read drawings and enforce quality standards
- Strong manpower-management and coordination skills
