Catering Service Manager
Job Description
As a Catering Service Manager, you will be responsible for managing the catering services, ensuring compliance with health regulations, and leading a team to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
Responsibilities
- Modify food preparation methods and menu prices according to budget
- Plan and organize daily operations and services
- Balance cash and complete financial reports
- Enforce liquor legislation and health regulations
- Negotiate with suppliers and clients for catering services
- Address customer complaints and provide excellent service
- Supervise a team of more than 20 staff members.
Requirements
- Secondary school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
- 1to 2 years of relevant experience in catering or restaurant management
- Evening, Morning, Day, Night, Weekend, Shift, On call, Flexible hours, Overtime available
