Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Breakfast Cook to join our team at a prestigious 5-star resort in Bad Füssing. This full-time position is available immediately or by arrangement.
Responsibilities
- Prepare daily mise en place for the front cooking station
- Cook various egg dishes and warm breakfast items
- Handle à la carte orders from the spa/bistro menu
- Ensure freshness, quality, and proper storage of food
- Adhere to hygiene and HACCP guidelines
- Organize work efficiently during breakfast/lunch service
- Collaborate with the head chef and restaurant management
Requirements
- Completed training as a cook
- Experience in a comparable position preferred
- Reliable early riser with a passion for breakfast dishes
- Strong organizational and independent work skills
- High service orientation and sense of responsibility
- Team spirit and reliability
