Bookkeeper

Key Responsibilities

• Keep financial records and establish, maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems
• Maintain general ledgers and financial statements
• Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll
• Calculate fixed assets and depreciation
• Post journal entries and prepare a trial balance of books
• Prepare tax returns and additional statistical, financial and accounting reports
• Reconcile accounts

Requirements

• Fluent in English
• College/CEGEP diploma
• 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related industry
• Accurate, client focused, dependable, organized, flexible, reliable and a good team player, with good judgement and excellent time management skills

Salary & Benefits
