Job Description
State Bank of India is inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager – Credit at its DIFC branch in Dubai, UAE. The position carries a monthly salary of AED 7,800 plus perks, including a housing allowance of AED 2,500 per month, medical insurance, and home travel reimbursement. Banking professionals with 3–5 years of credit or corporate banking experience should apply before 15 October 2026.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct corporate credit appraisals, financial analysis, and prepare credit notes
- Handle credit administration, documentation, and sanction compliance
- Perform post-sanction monitoring of credit facilities
- Monitor the portfolio and prepare MIS and periodic reports
- Liaise with customers and internal teams on credit matters
- Coordinate with branches and departments on credit proposals and information
Requirements
- Below 40 years of age as on 23/09/2026
- Minimum graduate; professional qualifications in Banking/Finance/Credit preferred
- 3–5 years in credit/corporate banking at a commercial bank, preferably in the UAE/Middle East
- Preference: corporate/wholesale banking credit experience with a UAE-based bank
- Preference: exposure to syndicated loans, trade finance, and working capital facilities
- Preference: strong financial analysis skills; CA/CFA/FRM or equivalent preferred
