Job Description
State Bank of India is inviting applications for the position of Assistant (Credit) at its Regional Head Office in Dubai, UAE. The role offers a monthly salary of AED 3,850 plus perks, including a housing allowance of AED 1,800 per month, medical insurance, and home travel reimbursement. Candidates below 30 years of age with 3–5 years of credit or corporate banking experience are encouraged to apply before 15 October 2026.
Key Responsibilities
- Compile and submit daily and periodic credit MIS, reports, returns, and statements on time
- Track and follow up on the review and renewal of credit facilities, products, and policies
- Keep credit records, registers, trackers, and databases maintained and current
- Coordinate with branches and departments to collect credit proposals and information
- Prepare follow-up letters, official correspondence, and meeting agendas
- Provide analytical and administrative support to the Credit Department and Regional Head
- Assist in preparing management presentations and performance reviews
Requirements
- Below 30 years of age as on 15.09.2026
- Minimum graduate from a recognized university
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in credit or corporate banking
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Preference: prior experience in a credit role within a financial institution
- Preference: work experience in the UAE / DIFC
- Preference: professional qualifications or certifications in credit, banking, or finance
- Preference: familiarity with the banking and regulatory environment
- Strong communication, organizational, coordination, and interpersonal skills
Salary & Benefits
The offered salary is AED 3,850 per month plus perks (negotiable based on qualification and work experience). Perks include a housing allowance of AED 1,800 per month, medical insurance, and home travel reimbursement.
