Job Description
Aircraft Maintenance Technician, Certifying Staff in Pendik, Istanbul, Turkey with Pegasus, a Turkish airline. This full-time, on-site certifying role covers line maintenance now, with base maintenance to follow, and calls for licensed, type-experienced technicians.
The successful candidate will work to airline and manufacturer manuals, complete scheduled and flight-related inspections, and make sound airworthiness decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out scheduled line maintenance, with upcoming base maintenance work.
- Complete maintenance, repair and modification work under airline and manufacturer manuals.
- Perform scheduled inspections and preflight and postflight inspections.
- Make airworthiness decisions based on inspection findings.
Requirements
- EASA or SHGM approved Part 66 Category B1 licence with A320F (CFM56 and/or LEAP) and/or B737 NG type.
- At least six months of on-type experience in the last two years.
- Good English, with an SHGM English certificate score of at least 70.
- Valid B-type driving licence.
- MS Office skills; AMOS experience is preferred.
- Able to work shifts.
