Key Responsibilities
- Calibrate and check pressure, temperature and flow transmitters.
- Service and replace control valves, positioners, RTDs, thermocouples and limit switches.
- Calibrate 4-20 mA transmitters using a HART communicator and pressure calibration tools.
- Replace faulty field instruments and support loop checks.
- Assist I&C engineers during outages and control logic changes.
Requirements
- 3-year DAE or degree in a relevant discipline.
- 3-10 years hands-on maintenance in conventional thermal plants (CCPP, CCGT or co-generation).
- Strong knowledge of HSE protocols, OEM standards and automated control systems (DCS / SCADA / SAP CMMS).
- Age 25-45.
