Northeast Machine Works Inc is seeking a skilled Welder-Fitter to work in a fast-paced outdoor environment. The ideal candidate will have experience with various welding processes and the ability to interpret specifications and blueprints.
Key Responsibilities
- Interpret welding process specifications
- Operate manual and automated welding equipment
- Read and interpret welding blueprints
- Examine welds for quality
- Operate metal shaping and cutting machines
- Determine weldability of materials
- Fabricate or repair metal parts.
Requirements for This Job
- Registered Apprenticeship certificate
- 3 to 5 years of experience
- Ability to work outdoors
- Experience with aluminum alloys and heavy metals
- Registered Apprenticeship certificate or equivalent experience
- Day, Overtime available
