Job Description
A waitress is wanted for a drive-in restaurant concept in Al Liwan, Manama, Bahrain. This is Bahrain's first drive-in restaurant concept, in Al Liwan, and immediate joining is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and deliver excellent customer service
- Take orders, serve food and process payments accurately
- Promote menu items and upsell products to increase sales
- Build positive relationships with customers and encourage repeat visits
- Maintain cleanliness in the parking and service areas
- Handle cash register opening, closing and daily cash reconciliation
- Monitor inventory and report stock shortages
- Work closely with the team to ensure smooth daily operations
Requirements
- Previous restaurant or customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, energetic and customer-focused personality
- Basic cash-handling and POS system knowledge
- Strong teamwork, reliability and organizational skills
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
- Available to join immediately
