Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and help them settle in
- Present menus and explain food and beverage options
- Take orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen

- Check in with guests during their meal
- Handle requests and service concerns politely
- Keep tables clean, tidy and properly set
- Coordinate with kitchen and service staff
- Set up tables before service and clear them after
- Follow food safety, hygiene and service standards
- Assist with bills and payments when required
- Step up during busy service periods
Requirements
- Service-focused with a warm, positive manner
- Strong communication skills
- Able to stay calm and efficient under pressure
- Hospitality experience is a plus
