Store Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, keeping quality, performance and cost efficiency on target
• Plan and organize stock levels to meet changing operational needs
• Manage the daily deployment of warehouse staff across shifts
• Track and report warehouse performance against agreed KPIs, including damage levels

• Advanced MS Excel skills and hands-on experience with a warehouse management system (WMS)
• Able to operate a forklift or similar materials handling equipment
• Fluent in both English and Arabic
• Strong people-management, multitasking and problem-solving skills with a practical, hands-on approach
