- 5-10 years hands-on maintenance in conventional thermal plants (CCPP, CCGT or co-generation), including 2-3 years as Shift Charge Engineer or Senior Shift Supervisor.
- Strong knowledge of HSE protocols, OEM standards and automated control systems.
- SAP working knowledge preferred.
- Age 25-45.
