Sales Support Specialist

TIRIO KIMYA SAN.TIC.LTD.STI is hiring a Sales Support Specialist for a full-time, on-site role in Pendik, Istanbul, Turkey, on the Asian side, with Tuzla also listed for the position. The role supports the sales team with customer inquiries, quotations, orders, and delivery and invoicing follow-up, including English correspondence with domestic and international customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and follow up customer inquiries and requests.
• Prepare, send and follow up commercial quotations.
• Receive and process customer orders and coordinate with the relevant departments.
• Provide daily operational support to the sales team.
• Follow up orders, deliveries, shipments and invoicing.
• Communicate professionally with domestic and international customers and suppliers by email and telephone, including English correspondence.
• Prepare and maintain sales documents, quotations, invoices and delivery notes.
• Keep accurate records of customers, products, quotations and orders.
• Monitor customer accounts and support account follow-ups.
• Support after-sales communication and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with purchasing, logistics, warehouse and finance when required.

Requirements

• 1 to 5 years of experience.
• Associate, bachelor or master degree graduate.
• Good or fluent written and spoken English is a must, including strong English email writing.
• Strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel.
• Strong communication, organization and follow-up skills.
• Detail-oriented, disciplined, customer-oriented and solution-focused.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and work independently and in a team.
• Previous sales support, sales operations, foreign trade, logistics or chemical industry experience is preferred, and marine, industrial or cleaning chemicals experience is an advantage.
• Residence or transportation preferably within or easily accessible to the company shuttle or service route.
