Job Description
A PLC Technician is needed in Saudi Arabia for the Al Daajan (Al Hatab Bakery) project by Dewan Consultants. The role pays SAR 2,600 per month with just 2 openings, aimed at automation hands who have spent real time inside food or FMCG plants. The employer remains confidential until application.
Key Responsibilities
- Program and troubleshoot PLCs across the production line
- Maintain electrical systems, sensors, motors and control panels
- Work on automation platforms such as Siemens, Allen-Bradley and Schneider Electric
- Diagnose faults quickly to keep production downtime low
- Support compliance with HACCP and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
Requirements
- 3-year diploma in a relevant technical discipline
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in the food manufacturing industry
- Strong PLC programming and troubleshooting skills across major automation platforms
- Working knowledge of electrical systems, sensors, motors and control panels
- Familiarity with HACCP, GMP and regulatory compliance
- Background with leading food/FMCG companies (Nestlé, PepsiCo, Coca-Cola and similar) is preferred
- Age between 23 and 45 years
