Key Responsibilities
- Inspect critical coatings, painting, linings, glass lining and Fiber Reinforced Plastic (FRP) installations
- Carry out coating and lining quality control, including surface preparation and application inspection
- Identify defects in non-metallic systems and document findings clearly
- Prepare detailed inspection reports and compliance records
- Apply NACE, SSPC, ASTM, ISO, API and ASME PCC-2 standards on site
Requirements
- Diploma in Mechanical, Metallurgical or Chemical engineering
- Minimum 5 years of experience in critical coating, painting, lining, glass lining and FRP inspection
- AMPP Level 2 or an equivalent coating inspection certification
- MTI or equivalent FRP training
- Practical experience in non-metallic inspection, coating/lining QC and inspection reporting
- Age between 25 and 45 years
