A Group is looking for IT Support Staff to join its team in Dubai, UAE. This is a full-time role for a hands-on IT professional with 1–2 years of experience who enjoys solving technical problems and keeping office systems running reliably.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for hardware, software and network issues
- Install and configure computers, printers and other IT equipment
- Troubleshoot system problems and resolve user queries
- Carry out routine maintenance and software updates
- Keep IT records organized and support daily operations
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role
