A leading homecare organization in Dubai is looking for a Homecare Assistant to provide kind, day-to-day support to clients in their homes. This role suits a caring, responsible, and patient person who genuinely enjoys helping others live comfortably and safely.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily personal care and routine activities
- Support clients with mobility, walking, and safe movement when needed
- Help with meal preparation and basic household tasks
- Offer companionship and emotional support to clients
- Keep the client's home clean, safe, and comfortable
- Remind clients about scheduled medications, following care instructions
- Watch for changes in a client's condition or behavior and report them to the supervisor
- Accompany clients to appointments and other activities when required
- Maintain accurate daily care notes and records
- Follow care plans, safety procedures, and organizational guidelines
Requirements
- Caring, responsible, and patient nature
- Comfortable assisting with personal care and household routines
- Good communication and a respectful attitude toward clients
