Key Responsibilities

• Oversee building maintenance, facilities upkeep and utilities operations on the Sadara site
• Lead multi-disciplinary maintenance teams across mechanical and electrical trades
• Plan and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance for plant utilities
• Keep maintenance records and report on equipment reliability and downtime
• Enforce safety standards across all maintenance and utilities work

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 12 years in building/facilities maintenance and utilities management
• At least 5 years leading multi-disciplinary teams in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical or industrial facilities
• Valid OSHA 30-Hour or NEBOSH IGC certification
• Minimum 2 years of Gulf experience
• Age between 25 and 45 years
