Watsons Properties in Doha, Qatar is looking for an Experienced Broker Manager to lead and grow its brokerage business. This is a full-time manager-level position, and the salary will be discussed after the interview. Key Responsibilities
- Build and drive the overall brokerage strategy
- Hire, coach, and manage a team of property agents
- Supervise sales and property listings to boost revenue
- Make sure all operations follow compliance and regulations
- Handle commissions, budgets, and financial matters
- Nurture relationships with clients, landlords, and developers
- Guide marketing efforts and strengthen the company brand
- Prepare regular business and operations reports
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- More than 5 years of experience in brokerage or real estate
- Proven management and team-leadership background
- Driving licence required
