• Manage training operations with third parties and key opinion leaders and provide technical support during sessions
• Provide technical and digital guidance to customers and support field visits
• Effectively manage customer complaints and technical requests and coordinate with relevant parties
• Support translation and localization of global technical content
• Represent Ivoclar at events, congresses, and customer engagements

Requirements

• Dental Technician with 5 or more years of relevant experience
• Graduate of the dental prosthetics technology department
• Interest in dental technologies and training processes, with knowledge of analog and digital dental applications
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work with English technical materials
• Open to travel and teamwork
