Job Description
An established engineering team in Dubai is seeking an Electrical Engineer to support the planning, installation, testing, and maintenance of electrical systems across its assigned projects. The role calls for a technically capable professional who can coordinate with site teams and make sure all electrical work meets specifications and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Review electrical drawings, layouts, specifications, and project requirements
- Assist with planning electrical installations and project activities
- Inspect electrical equipment, wiring, panels, and installations for proper operation
- Coordinate with contractors, technicians, suppliers, and other engineering disciplines
- Monitor electrical works on site and provide technical guidance to site teams
- Conduct testing and commissioning of electrical systems and equipment
- Investigate electrical faults and recommend appropriate corrective measures
- Prepare progress updates, inspection records, technical reports, and material requests
Requirements
- Technical capability in electrical systems, installations, and testing
- Able to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications
- Strong coordination skills for working with site teams and contractors
- Solid understanding of electrical safety standards and procedures
